Refund Policy

Everything sold at toonice.shop is digital: online courses, PDF workbooks and tools, and the digital book. Nothing is shipped.

7-day full refund, no questions. If a product isn't right for you, email barry@yourfriendlyagent.net within 7 days of purchase with your order number and we'll refund the full purchase price to your original payment method.

How refunds are processed: once approved, the refund is issued through Shopify to the card or wallet you used. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to post it.

Course access: when a course purchase is refunded, access to that course on Thinkific is removed.

After 7 days: purchases are final after the 7-day window.

Free products: the free 30-Day Database Revival plan has no charge, so there is nothing to refund.

Discount codes: refunds are for the amount you actually paid, after any code such as READER20.

Team licenses: for team licenses arranged by email (hello@toonice.shop), refund terms are confirmed in writing at purchase.
